Cake Decorating Tip of the Week -- Tip #1

From now on, Thursdays will the day when I will post the 'cake decorating tip of the week'.

Tip #1: When more is better!

In the case of frosting a cake, more is definitely better. The more frosting you put on, the easier it will be to ice your cake. It is much harder to place more icing on the cake then to take off spare frosting.
